Everyone's body is different, so we will never promise overnight results. Nutrition works by habit: take it every day for at least 8 weeks and judge how your days feel. That is why the 2- and 3-pack routines exist.

Better Root is food, not medicine, and it never replaces your treatment. Keep taking your medicines exactly as your doctor advised. If you take medicine every day, show the ingredients to your doctor before you start.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the parcel. If it arrived damaged or leaked, we replace it free.

Keep the pack sealed, in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and always use a dry spoon. Best used within 6–12 months of opening.

Adaptogen Power House: rich and chocolatey from cacao.
None has added sugar or flavouring. A little honey makes any of them smoother.

Every pack holds 120 g, which is 24 servings of 1 teaspoon (5 g). That is the same for Cardio Boost, Immunity+ and Adaptogen Power House.

Adaptogen Power House is made to go with warm milk or water. For Cardio Boost and Immunity+ we recommend water, with a little honey or lemon if you like.
