Where we deliver

All over Pakistan: major cities, towns and rural areas.

How long it takes

3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Order confirmation

After you order, you will get a short confirmation call. Please answer it so we can dispatch your parcel quickly. Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery charges

• Orders below Rs 3,000: Rs 198 delivery.
• Orders of Rs 3,000 or more: free delivery.

Cash on delivery

Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is shipped. You can track it on our tracking page or with the courier.

If a delivery is missed

The courier will try to deliver again. If the parcel still cannot be delivered, it is returned to us.
