Damaged, leaked or wrong item

If your parcel arrives damaged or leaked, or you received the wrong product, message us on WhatsApp at 0312 7610002 as soon as you receive it, with your order number and a photo of the parcel and pack. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

Opened products

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns of opened packs for reasons of taste or preference. If you are unsure about the taste, start with half a teaspoon and see the taste tips on each product page, or message us and we will help.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel or change your order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once a parcel is on its way it cannot be cancelled.
